Random Happenings

Of few close friends that I have, last one is soon to tie knot. The Boy met Gal during various trekking activities he has been participating for couple of years now. The Boy in question and his fiancée, proposed to their family to have a simple function with close relatives and few family friends. But now their families have the classic Indian stand. What will people say blah blah blah. When the boy is convincing all & sundry, rather than playing a poor host by inviting horde of acquaintances and then not able to spend time with them, wouldnt it be better to invite few close friends with whom they can share the Happiest Moment of their life. What is the point in wasting money on days cause when that money can be really put to use in their future married life. When will we mature as a society?

Last weekend I was not well and visited my family doctor and a very close friend of mine. I was visiting him after nearly two years now. So after usual checkup prescription etc; we were catching up with each other. "So Doc whats latest ...whats happening?.To tell you truth life has become so very monotonous, I get up at six in morning, wake up kids, make them ready for school, and drivethem to school. get back ,shave shower and drive to dispensary .I'm here till nearly two pm .reach home, wife returns from her clinic, wehave lunch nap for half an hour ,alarm goes off wake up ,get the kids from school. sit with them to help them in school work ,six pm off to dispensary again right up to eleven p.m. Well thats about it. My wife and I yell at each other sometimes that we dont spend quality time with each other with the family ,everything is so very routine so very monotonous he cribbed ...next question to me so what are your plans ,when are you .....

I seek profundity, the doors where I saw its glimpses dont welcome me. Rest all around is all shallow glimmer; Ienter sometimes only to find its just quicksand...I dont want to get sucked in ...
